These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website operated by The Khalid Kareem Foundation (the “Foundation”) on which these Terms are posted (collectively, the “Website”). BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

The Foundation may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and your continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.

1. DONATIONS

Donations made through the Website are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

1.1 Legal Recipient of Donations

Unless otherwise stated, donations made through the Website are directed to The Khalid Kareem, a nonprofit organization registered in Canada.

1.2 Tax Receipts

The Foundation will issue official tax receipts where applicable under local law. Eligibility depends on your jurisdiction.

1.3 Use of Donations

All donations are considered unrestricted gifts unless expressly designated and accepted by the Foundation for specific purposes. The Foundation will make reasonable efforts to honor donor preferences, but reserves the right to apply donations where they are most needed if the original purpose is no longer feasible or aligned with organizational needs.

1.4 Fees

Stripe charges payment processing fees. These fees are automatically deducted from your donation prior to transfer to the Foundation. Current Stripe fee structures can be found on Stripe’s website.

1.5 Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Foundation.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE

Unless expressly authorized, any reproduction, modification, distribution, or re-use of Website content is prohibited. The Foundation grants you a limited, non-transferable license to view, download, and retain Website materials for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not alter copyright or proprietary notices.

You agree that you will not:
